Description   *Gathering data for making phone calls within target sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information.
 *Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors.
 *Submitting the daily and monthly report to marketing manage.
 *Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems.
 *Assisting the marketing department gathering customers feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations.
 *Carrying out pre-event activities.
 *Inviting clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days.

Qualifications BS: in any of the following areas (Business Administration, or related field). Very good command of English both written and verbal. Experience in software industry is a plus.
